I received today’s Wordless Wednesday photo from Paul Timm of Allegion, who spotted the open padlock dangling from this egress door in a restaurant.  To his credit, he told the hostess that they would not be dining there with the padlock in place, and she removed it.  In today’s world, giving an unauthorized person the ability to lock patrons in a restaurant is a major concern, not to mention the other problems with this door.  Can you spot any code issues?
