For me, one of the wonderful and challenging things about Mexico is that the options for custom work of any kind are virtually limitless. I can have a door built from scratch in whatever size, material, and design that I can dream up, so I get analysis paralysis.
I saw this Fixed-it Friday “foot push” (as opposed to a “foot pull”) last week in Mexico City, and I can’t imagine that this is a standard product. Which means that someone thought…“Since this door is sticking, I should add a brass plate to help instruct the users and protect the door.” I’d still be thinking about what type of footprint I should have engraved on it.
Have you ever seen a foot push? Maybe I just haven’t been paying attention?

At least it meets ISO 7010!!!
Maybe a heavy door, that needs a few more “” Foot “” pounds???
Good one, Charles! 😀
