Wow…love the hold open, even if it doesn’t meet code, it’s a great show of thought and skill. But I’m thinking that someone else thought up the roof shingle idea, as those black dashes are exposed tar. I’d hate to see how much of that gets on the bottoms of your shoes/onto wheelchair wheels on a hot day.
