Today’s Wordless Wednesday photos are for iDigHardware readers who also take an interest in structural issues (like me!). I saw this building in Bogotá and at first I thought the “tubes” were some sort of drainage system. NOPE! They’re holding up whatever is happening up on the roof. 😐

Anyway, it looks to me like a disaster waiting to happen. My guess either was or is a restaurant or bar./ dance club????
Hopefully there are more than one padlocked exit door, from the roof.
WOW!!!! Bamboo is pretty strong but I wouldn’t be willing to test the strength by standing on the edge up there. It’s “creative” engineering for sure.
