Remember when I went to Italy in July and I took hundreds of photos of doors and then hardly shared any of them with y’all because some of the photos were going to be published in Door Security + Safety Magazine? Well, the article is in this month’s issue (see below), but what’s got me Wordless is I just realized that this is the 100TH ARTICLE that I’ve published in this magazine since my monthly Decoded column began in 2010. Isn’t that crazy??
All 100 of these articles (plus some articles that I’ve written for other publications) are linked on the Articles page of iDigHardware. Enjoy!

To bad those wheel chasers aren’t used for carts in warehouses or hospitals to avoid damaging frames and door edges (if I understand their general intent correctly).
Love the wicket doors !!
Absolutely gorgeous doors! My family thinks I am crazy looking at doors when we go places, but we are always on the lookout for beauty, or a bad hardware installation!
Those Vatican doors are spectacular!!
Congratulations, Lori!! Here’s to another 100!
Beautiful doors!
Absolutely beautiful doors and door knockers. Hats off to your observation of keys in St.Peters Basilica.
It was like a scavenger hunt for keys! 🙂 I didn’t get a good photo of the keys in the red and gold mosaic behind St. Peter, but they’re beautiful!

Were your ears burning yesterday? Mark C. and I were talking about you (well, not specifically you) and some of the goofy things we did and did to others back when we were all under the same roof.
My ears are always burning! Haha. Ahh…the good old days.

Ahhh DOORS…a buildings first impression!
Congrats on 100. These are some awesome pictures and beautiful doors.
Amazing pictures of the doors. Love the detail.
You make a poster of door knobs and doors of Idighardware. Donate the proceeds to your favorite charity. I would buy.
I was just talking about that today because I had a new headshot taken and the photographer and I used at least 20 different doors around town as backdrops. We were joking that I could make a poster of The Doors of San Miguel de Allende, or Lori And The Doors of San Miguel de Allende. 🙂

I’ve been to some of those doors myself, simply amazing to see!
