You can tell this is a temporary fix..he only used 2 out of the 4 required mounting screws for the slide bolt!
Was definitely well thought out though. The board is kind of like a riser for a floor stop.
I adore the oversized wood reinforcement layer for the slide bolt. Steve’s attention to detail is second to none.
