Today’s photo was sent in by Mark Gullett of Calvert IHS.  This deadbolt modification was found on an apartment entry door – the surface bolt prevents the deadbolt from being unlocked from the outside with a key.  Pretty creative, but I hope no one ever has to enter to help during an emergency.
