Many of you know that my oldest daughter attends the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, but you may find it hard to believe that she’s a SENIOR – I can hardly believe it myself! She is spending most of this year off-campus, and is currently on her 4th study abroad trip – this time to Ireland. She sent me these Wordless Wednesday photos of the space where they were taking an Irish dancing class. The struggle is real – and world-wide!

Well the keys are there for the padlock!!!
I think the chair is there for “Advanced Jig Dancing”!!!
Interesting barricade device.
Hopefully those keys hanging above the extinguishers are for that lock
Like Mother…Like Daughter!! You have trained her well!! :-):-)
LORI! ITS BAD ENOUGH THAT YOU HAVE ALL OF US TAKING PICTURES OF FAULTY FIRE ESCAPES WHILE WE ARE ON VACATION. NOW YOU HAVE YOUR DAUGHTER DOING IT TO! YOU HAVE CONVERTED US ALL! LOL! :- )
I’ve been secretly hoping that she will take over my job, but I may have to work on Kid #2. 😀

I didn’t know what an Irish Goodbye was until my friend and coworker, Jeff Batick, educated me recently. I’m just waiting for my chance to use it! 😀

The latch on the ‘active’ leaf is facing towards the hinge rather than the meeting stiles, so even if they removed the chains, padlock, chair and the kitchen sink it won’t latch. On the plus side – at least the door would open 😉
That’s a good point – looks like that RHR-leaf isn’t even latching into the LHR-leaf… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
All comments too funny. Whoa, looks like they better invest in some Von Duprin exit devices.
