I saw these ‘before and after photos’ on the Michael’s Keys Facebook page, and John Lemmon gave me permission to share them here. This “fix” occurred after a local emergency where law enforcement made a forced entry with the use of explosives during a hostage situation, saving multiple people. Michael’s Keys responded, quickly assessed the damage, secured the facility, and then completed the permanent repairs. Great work!

It’s like Loren mentioned below about tearing off the door from the wall. This is why no barricades save doors! Just saying, a key is a heck of a lot easier. However, they are still going to end up re-installing the awkward pull because they didn’t buy a a closer for the door.
Curious why they blew up the hinge side of the door vs. the latch side?

If they blew the latch, they’d still have the hinges holding the door in place.
If they blow the hinges, there is only the latch holding the door in place. That seems much easier to rush past.
