Funny… the hollow metal frame wasn’t galvanized, and galvanizing is a relatively small add-on cost, but the threshold is cast aluminum, which is somewhat pricey.
Another example of a building owner’s lack of up-keep and maintenance.
Why are the wires in and out different colors? Sun exposer?
Or maybe they plugged them together and jammed the connection up in the frame?! Ha
