Some of you may have already received an email entitled “Live With Lori“…this is not an invitation to come and live with me – I already have enough freeloaders (AKA grown children)! 😀 It is an invitation to attend a live session with me and special guests Mark Kuhn and Matt Phillips on July 29th!
Of all of the topics I receive questions about, there is one that still hits my inbox at least weekly. The topic of normal locking arrangements and the UL 294/UL 1034 listings is one that I think many people are still struggling with, and changes were made to the 2024 model codes that should help to clear up the confusion.
I decided to try something new, a series of live sessions where I do a short presentation followed by Q&A, to address the codes that apply to electrified hardware. These will be helpful to anyone who works with electrified hardware and needs to understand the code requirements – architects and specwriters, code officials, hardware distributors and locksmiths, end users, etc. All are welcome!
There is more information about the first session here on the registration page, and you can leave your questions in the comments on this post or in applicable field when you register. See you soon!
