This Fixed-it Friday video was posted on the Crap Locksmithing Facebook page by Ryan Smart. The crazy thing is, I have seen things like this happen many times. Hardware sets in a specification look like a different language to most people, so sometimes there are surprises when the doors and hardware are installed. (Our specwriters can help avoid surprises!)
