The day has come for this country to start issuing civil infraction tickets, misdemeanor criminal charges and felon charges for infractions, depending on the severity of the event just as many states charge manslaughter charges for car accidents, etc. . We have weigh station on our highways and give tickets for over weight trucks. Just venting enjoy your weekend.
