Interesting way to use a plunger hold open.
With all that paint on the door it was probably impossible to get it off to replace it .. another CHEAP fix . Looks like they had flush bolts on that door that failed so they put the surface bolt on now what are they goinv to do … I know just paint it shut …
Isn’t that a step bolt that usually goes on bottom of door?
And they used a ‘foot bolt’ which is intended for the bottom of doors rather than a ‘chain bolt’ designed for the top!
