And from Brendan Daley of SURV, a Walmart bathroom door that REALLY needs a stop (as proven by an “accident” Brendan witnessed), a stair door with no strike and no evidence of ever having a strike, and a pair with a vertical rod device and an astragal on an Assembly occupancy – one leaf must be opened before the other as indicated by the stickers.
