On a recent stop in Mexico City I saw this Fixed-it Friday application…I don’t know what the building is used for, but it looks like preventing after-hours access to the cylinders is a priority:

Note:  I’m not recommending this security method, as it would not allow egress from the inside when the padlocks are installed!

I saw this pair on the same street – you don’t see doors like this every day!  Cool, right??

And in the “wordless” category…this is the lobby of our AirBNB in Mexico City (with my daughter wondering how to get out).  The center panel of glass is the door, with clear pulls on both sides of the door where the orange line is interrupted.  The door is secured with a mag-lock, and the only way to get out is for the security guy to push a button.  Oh – and behind me while I was taking the photo was a parking garage, with no separation between the garage and the rest of the common space.
