A marvel of modern engineering. Clearly they need to beef up the duct tape on version 2.0, they might even want to try some chewing gum and Elmer’s Glue for added strength.
Add that to the list of things that duct tape is good for. The could tie a shopping bag around it too in case it leaks oil!!

Looks like the arm is mounted to the body in the wrong position by a notch. That may have been the beginning of problems leading up to the tape. At least they matched the finish.
