Scott Tobias of arkaSpecs sent me today’s Fixed-it Friday photos of a pair of automatic doors with electric latch retraction panic hardware. I don’t claim to be an expert on wiring for electrified hardware, but this doesn’t look right to me. 😐

Ha.. I’ve heard of Power of Ethernet before, but I think that might be a little much for that itty bitty little junction box to handle for any real length of time…
Armor loop anybody. It is a very creative use of a phone jack.
What’s that brand and model number? I have been looking for a durable door cord setup. 😉
