Each week, I’ve been sharing available online training so we can all continue learning even if we are working from home.  Here are 3 opportunities for free webinars (I will post Part 2 tomorrow):

New Series on Electrified Hardware:

My third webinar of 2020 begins a series on codes related to electrified hardware.  I expect to have 4 or 5 webinars covering the code requirements for access control, electrified hardware, and automatic operators.  The next webinar will lay the groundwork for the rest of the series, to make sure everyone has a solid understanding of the basics.  You can sign up for the June 18th webinar or view recordings of the past webinars on the webinars page: iDigHardware.com/webinars.

Technical Glass Products (TGP):

A while back I told you about a webinar put on by TGP, called Fire Rated Glass and Framing 101.  This webinar and many others are available on TGP’s Continuing Education page, and they offer AIA credit!  Click here to access these webinars.

Security in 30:

This Friday, May 22nd, Allegion will present the third in a series of six 30-minute webinars designed with integrators in mind.  If you are an access control integrator, please join us this Friday at 12:30 p.m. EDT for Security in 30: Live with Allegion.

New technologies have brought the industry more secure and convenient solutions, and new use-cases emerge each year that make routines exceedingly seamless. We’ve seen this with the rise of mobile credentials. This session will cover the value of upgrading to today’s credential technologies. The host will explain how to help customers decide if they are “mobile-ready” and guide you through the adoption process.
