On Wednesday, September 18th, there will be two opportunities to earn AIA continuing education credits and learn about an important code-related topic. My coworker, Mike Kershaw, will be conducting a webinar to discuss the egress and life safety requirements of the model building codes. Codes impacting egress door assemblies include the means of unlatching the door to allow egress, clear opening width and opening force, luminous egress path markings, and impact-resistance requirements for glazing.
Mike’s experience includes over 10 years in health and safety code compliance prior to joining the door and hardware industry 3 years ago.
The webinars will be held from 10-11 a.m. and 2-3 p.m. Eastern. If you’d like to register for either of these time slots, click the links below.

Lori – Are these Webinars saved somewhere that they can be viewed after the event?
Hi Brandon –
I have a prerecorded version of each of the Decoded presentations on the Training page of iDigHardware, but only the live webinars qualify for AIA credit. https://idighardware.com/decoded-course/
