My friends in Indy have obviously been holding out on me. I visited downtown Indianapolis in the frigid 14-degree weather last week, with the only thing standing between me and a broken hip my extremely inappropriate clogs, but it was worth it to see the gorgeous doors on the Indiana War Memorial.
There are more photos here, obviously taken on a much nicer, bright, sunshiney day. I’m headed for the sunshine myself, if I can only decide which boots to pack for my trip to San Antonio tomorrow.

as for the boots, the boot on the left will look really nice for TX, up to you though on the boots.

Those are the most beautiful doors I have ever seen. Thank you for risking a broken hip to get those pictures.
The Super Bowl is there in 2 weeks. Wonder if I could arrange a trip…. hmmm….
