Bathroom stallBack in the day, when I started my career as a detailer for a door and hardware distributor in Vermont, I spent a lot of time working on submittals for toilet partitions and accessories.  The ADA standards rolled out a few years later, changing the required sizes of restroom stalls and the mounting height of accessories (among other things).

Toilet partitions and accessories are way more complicated than one might think, so when I saw a recent post on the LaForce blog I asked if I could share it here.  It does a great job of illustrating the requirements of the accessibility standards – both the ADA Standards for Accessible Design (2010) and ICC A117.1, Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities (2017).
