I’m not sure I understand how stupid people are!
The effective, but not attached barricade bar.
Once again all to often I see this type of obstruction , However in their defense I have seen these types of doors allowing access inside the building while another is located outside . One would only hope that they elimate this door if they plan on keeping the shelves there .
Maybe…. just maybe there is an outside access to this electrical room….. maybe!!!
