You can tell this is located in the Midwest as the bottom is starting to rust from water and salt. Besides the “electrical hold open”, how about the location of the viewer and deadbolt. Obviously this establishment has a crime issue as they have a new surveillance camera above the door.

Appears to be an exterior exit door but with the panic bar rim cyl pull trim (indicating there is an exit device ) then the deadbolt ,plus camera indicates they have an issue . However the nail hanging off the wall tell me they use it to wire the door open
