Is it the photo that caused the wall to look bent, or a bent wall?
Something with a lot of momentum was pushed against the bottom of the door, from the inside? Or banged into things stacked in front of the door, pushing the bottom of the door outward?
Looks like the door was not in use as a door (sheet metal screwed over former lock location?)
Wow, looks like this is an abandoned building and some people have figured out how to get inside.
Why did they put a push plate on the wrong side of the door?
Probably to cover some holes.

What’s there don’t look original door or frame and opening is not plumb. I’d start with a structural engineer first.
