More than likely there are others that can be accessed
And the inspectors that accept these “solutions” are on the public’s payroll? There is the picture with something wrong!
This must be the new Steelcraft fire rated extinguisher all in one door.
Bad solutions such as this are incomprehensible and no laughing matter. It does make me wonder what goes throughout one’s mind to make a decision such as this and then others to accept it (applies to all Wordless Wednesday articles). I wonder if the extinguisher has ever been inspected?

Ohh I see, no glass in the hole…on the door that goes to the fire pump.
