For 2021 the “device” should be changed out to Aluminum to match the door & trim.

Must be in a foreign country – no area code with the phone number. And I guess they use the same “lock” on other doors as well – since this had to be labelled “Front Door”.
Interesting factoid: In states with only one area code, if it’s a local call (usually sharing one or two prefixes), no area code is required when calling. I used to live in Idaho, and until a few years ago, this was still true there.
It looks like a oval cylinder so maybe a Scandinavian or Australian lock above the improper lock
